Fun on the Job: End of the Semester Banquets

I'm a Community Assistant at Cardinal Village on the campus of Lamar University in Beaumont, Texas. At the end of each semester, we have a CA Banquet that allows the entire staff to get together and recognize each CA's contributions to the team. The banquet is "catered" by the professional staff (General Manager, Asst. General Manager, Administrative Assistants, and Bookkeepers) and is followed by an awards ceremony where each CA is given an award for a particular area of excellence. It gives us all a chance to close the Leasing Office down for an hour during the day and enjoy each other’s company while also chowing down on an awesome meal.
